Dear Jareth,
Thank you so much for the oppurtunity to ask you anything we desire. There has been something on my mind for awhile which I've been meaning to ask you. Did the events portrayed in the movie actually occur, and if so, how did Jim Henson get the idea to create a movie about them? Do you know him personally? Also, do you look much like David Bowie? Did Him Henson Productions do a good job in portraying you? Do you know David Bowie?
Do you love Sarah (if she really exists), and if so did she ever return to the Labyrinth? I am assuming the words don't work for us because you gave Sarah "certain powers." I for one, would love it if you really came to me because I would honestly love to come live in the Labyrinth. I feel like my life now is not complete and I need more-like magic. I mean this sincerely.
Also, are any of the characters from our fanfic exist? Do you have any siblings? Do they rule any magical kingdoms? Or are you truly lonely like it portrays in the movie?
I believe you are truly not an evil person Your Majesty. I know you are lonely and misunderstood, and I would love to meet you if only you would come to me. If I think of any other questions, I will email again before the 11 hours are up. Thank you again Your Majesty.
Rachel Bradley
P.S You truly are the best looking guy I know.

Such questions! Such curiosity! I am touched anyone should care so!
I do not think you realize what assumptions you are making when you ask
some of these questions--did the events in the movie "actually" occur, do
the characters in the fan-fiction exist, am I "truly" lonely. Is there a
distinction between what is "actual" and what is "true?" Define what you
mean by "existence." I may have a different definition of such things
than
you do, and if you have not decided for yourself what qualifies as real
and
what doesn't, any answer I could possibly give will not make any sense
whatever. ("Truth! What does that mean?")
That may seem something of a deflection, but ah well. Ask yourself this:
if the events of the movie, or Sarah, or the other fan-fiction
characters,
did not exist, how can they have names, identities, characteristics? How
do you name that which is not?
Do you love Sarah (if she really exists), and if so did she
ever return to the Labyrinth? I am assuming the words don't work for us
because you gave Sarah "certain powers." I for one, would love it if
you really came to me because I would honestly love to come live in the

Ah, Sarah. I would that you would not speak that name to me.
As for your honest desire to live in the Labyrinth and the words not
working for you--I can tell you this much. That girl whom we shall not
name came to the Labyrinth because she did not realize what she was
asking
when she summoned me. You should know better, you have seen what
happens.
She regretted her call; you would too. Don't ever mistake the Labyrinth
for a resort town. Think carefully on whether or not that sort of magic
is
what you truly desire.

you are lonely and misunderstood, and I would love to meet you if only
you would come to me. If I think of any other questions, I will email

You are quite welcome, dear Rachel. There was that word "truly" again.
Would that you knew what you mean by it.
HRH JARETH.
