Well howdy Sugar! Please do come in make yourself at home. Nonnie isn't home at the moment but I'm sure she won't mind if you come in and "set a spell". She is a most gracious hostess, even in her own absence; she has set out tea [although she personally adores her coffee], and fresh fruit, and tea cakes, with an invitation for all visitors to help themselves.
