Responsible for the management of departure orders, finance, vacation control, personnel actions, outprocessing, inprocessing, VISA Government Credit Card Program, Security, Database Management, and Temporary Duty Orders. Established Web Page and Microsoft Access Databse. Also Functions as Information Management Officer.

March 1997 - September 1998 US ARMY RECRUITERContacts, interviews, and advises civilian personnel to obtain qualified applicants for enlistment into the Army; contacts representatives of schools, public officials, personnel managers, parents of prospective applicants, and other civilian leaders to present the Army as a viable means of employment and career opportunity; presents formal and informal talks about the Army; accountable for approximately $12,000 of government property and negotiable instruments.

March 1994 - March 1997 ADMINISTRATIVE NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER for Headquarters, United States Army Europe, Office of the Inspector General. March 1992 - March 1994: OFFICE MANAGER for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Berks County. Duties include keeping personnel and financial records of the corporation, preparing monthly treasurer's report presented to the board of directors, preparing payroll, conducting financial transactions, preparing all Federal, State, City, Unemployment Compensation tax returns, typing all correspondence, assisting in the coordination of activities for clients and volunteers, and writing financial and database computer programs.

October 1990 - February 1992: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to the Commander of the United States Army Postal Group in Europe. Responsibilities included accurately typing and proofreading all correspondence, policies and procedures written by the commander and headquarters staff. Coordinated monthly meetings between postal company commanders and platoon leaders. Ensured all mail and distribution was processed expediently.

August 1989 - September 1990: CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK for the Identification Card Processing Center at Fort Hood, Texas. Processed over 58,000 Identification Card applications and ensured statistical record were accurate. Typed all correspondence and reports generated in the Identification Card Center.

March 1987 - July 1989: CLERK TYPIST for the 335th Personnel and Administration Battalion, Training and Security Section. Duties included typing correspondence, filing and general office functions.
