I laid my weary body down
to rest from pain and strife.
I wore upon my head a crown
that revealed my walk thru life.
Earth no more I need to roam
my race had been run.
Jesus led me safely home
to a life that just begun.
I walked the soil of Beluah Land
where mortals cannot trod.
I reached out and took the hand
of our precious Lord, our God.
