The Rhode Island Carp Anglers is a group dedicated to the promotion of carp fishing. The R.I.C.A was started by two local carp fisherman and is a non-profit group. The Rhode Island Carp Anglers will serve as a forum to offer education to both fisherman who wish to learn about carp fishing, as well as to master carp anglers.
