11. Christiana3 Unroe (Elizabeth2, John1) born c1825,1 married 26 August 1841, James Cummings.2 Rev. Andrew B. Davidson performed the marriage ceremony. James was born 16 September 1820,3 a son of Robert and Letty (Ford) Cummings.4 James and Christian (Unroe) Cummings lived on Sugar Creek near her parents.5 Christiana died of child bed fever on 6 June 1855, aged 30 years, 4 months, and 11 days.6 James was left with 5 small children to raise. On 4 December 1856, he married Mary Jane Swisher.7 James Cummings died 20 November 1903,8 and is buried in Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery with his second wife. Christiana's grave has not been located to date.

85 i. Sarah4 Elizabeth Cummings (Christiana3, Elizabeth2, John1) born c1843,9 married 15 March 1860, Benjamin F. Ford.10 Benjamin lived in Monroe County, Virginia at the time of their marriage, and they moved there soon afterward.
86 ii. William3 H. Cummings (Christiana3, Elizabeth2, John1) born 3 June 1845, died 22 October 1922.11 He married 9 June 1872, Martha A. Siler.12 Martha was born 20 February 1853 and died 22 November 1932,13 her parents were M. A. and P. P. Siler. William and Martha had 8 children.
87 iii. James3 Franklin Cummings (Christiana3, Elizabeth2, John1) born c1848,14 married 29 August 1868, Esta M. Holden.15 Esta was a daughter of James M. and Polly (Moore) Holden.
88 iv. Mary3 Virginia Cummings (Christiana3, Elizabeth2, John1) born c1850,16 married 9 January 1872, Wilson Maddy.17 Wilson lived at Monroe County, West Virginia at the time of their marriage, where they moved shortly thereafter.
89 v. George3 Calvin Cummings (Christiana3, Elizabeth2, John1) born 26 September 1852, died 20 January 1930.18 on 8 November 1881, he married Nancy Virginia Carter.19 Nancy was born 31 October 1861, and died 10 September 1916.20 She was a daughter of Nicholas and Mary Jane (Ford) Carter. George and Nancy had 5 children.

Wilmouth.39 Samuel was born 4 February 1826 in Randolph County, Virginia (now WV) and died 6 June 1900 in Randolph County, West Virginia.40 Rebecca (Burr) Wilmouth died 4 February 1908 in Randolph County, West Virginia. They are both buried in Israel Cemetery, Kerens, West Virginia.41

27. Sarah3 Elizabeth Tribbett (William2, John1) born 20 October 1836,45 married 16 December 1855, Harvey Patterson.46 Rev. Andrew B. Davidson performed the marriage ceremony. Harvey was born c1830, his father was James Patterson. Harvey was a cabinetmaker by occupation. Sarah Elizabeth (Tribbett) Patterson died 26 August 1877.47
28. Nannie3 B. Tribbett (William2, John1) born 18 March 1839,48 married 27 September 1865, Benjamin Franklin Rapp.49 Rev. A. L. Hogshead performed the marriage ceremony. Benjamin was born 31 October 1839,50 to Anthony and Sarah J. Rapp.51
Benjamin Rapp was a miller by trade. He served the Confederacy in the 4th Virginia Infantry "Stonewall Brigade" in Company H. He was described as 5'10", blue eyes, dark hair, and dark complexion.52
Benjamin Rapp died 10 November 1906, and Nannie B. (Tribbett) Rapp died 8 May 1912. They are both buried in Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Rockbridge County, Virginia.53
29. Martha3 Ann Tribbett (William2, John1) born 29 May 1841.54 She remained single, and departed this life 26 August 1877.55
30. Eliza3 Jane Tribbett (William2, John1) born 17 December 1844,56 married 30 November 1865, David Houston Ford.57 David was born 25 September 1837,58 to Jacob and Ann (Scott) Ford.59 David Ford was a farmer, and served the Confederacy in Company C, 1st Virginia Cavalry.60
David Ford died 1 July 1893, and Eliza (Tribbett) Ford died 17 January 1892. Both are buried in Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery.61
31. John3 Franklin Tribbett (William2, John1) born 28 June 1846. He enlisted in Captain Freeman's Company (4th Battalion Virginia Reserves, "Boys Company"), Junior Reserves, CSA in April 1864. He was described as fair complexion, blue eyes, light hair, and was a farmer by occupation. He then enlisted in Company C, 14th Virginia Cavalry at Gap Mills in June 1864, and was killed in action at Monocacy Junction on 9 July 1864,62 aged 18 years, 12 days.63
32. William3 Alexander Tribbett (William2, John1) born 29 March 1852,64 married 21 March 1908, Mary Elizabeth Black.65 Rev. G. W. Staples performed the wedding. Mary was born 26 January 1865,66 to R. T. and Mary A. Black.
William was a farmer. He died 27 February 1929, and Mary died 6 July 1945. Both are buried at Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery.67
33. Andrew3 R. Tribbett, (William2, John1) married Ida E. Hotinger, and they divorced.68
34. Susan3 E. Robinson (Mary2, John1) born c1832,69 married 3 January 1852, William B. Clark.70 Rev. P. Calhoun officiated at the ceremony.
35. Mary3 Ann Robinson(Mary2, John1) born c1834,71 married 1 November 1855, Andrew Franklin Elliott.72 Rev. A. B. Davidson performed the marriage ceremony. Andrew was born c1834, and following farming as a profession. He was a son of Samuel Elliott.
36. Nancy3 Robinson (Mary2, John1) born c1836,73 married 9 December 1858, Davidson B. Clark.74 Rev. H. A. Glover performed their marriage. Davidson was born c1836, and was a farmer by occupation. He was a son of Jas. and Sally Clark.
37. William3 Thomas Robinson (Mary2, John1) born c1838,75 married 20 January 1861, Esther A. Bane.76 Rev. J. C. Richardson performed their marriage.Esther was born c1838, to Thomas and Polly Bane. William was a farmer. He served the Confederacy in Company G, 27th Virginia Infantry.77
38. John3 H. H. Robinson (Mary2, John1) born 22 June 1840,78 married 12 February 1861, Elisabeth R. Wilhelm.79 Rev. J. C. Richardson performed their marriage. Elisabeth was born c1839 to Jacob A. and Eliz. Wilhelm. John H. H. Robinson served in Company E, 27th Virginia Infantry, CSA.80 He died 24 February 1913, and is buried at Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery.81
39. Andrew3 D. Robinson (Mary2, John1) born c1842.82 He served in Company C, 1st Virginia Cavalry, "Rockbridge Dragoons", CSA.83

42. Mary3 Jane Armstrong, (Ann2, John1) married 12 August 1847, Andrew M. Harper.86 Rev. Horatio Thompson performed the marriage.
43. Sarah3 Elizabeth Armstrong (Ann2, John1) born c1832, married 13 September 1854, Charles A. Nicely.87 Rev. Andrew B. Davidson officiated at the marriage. Charles was born c1832, a son of Jacob Nicely. He was a farmer. Sarah E. (Armstrong) Nicely died December 1855 of child bed fever, aged 23 years,88 as did their only child.89

45. Mary3 E. Armstrong (Susan2, John1) born c1836,91 married 6 May 1857, Richard A. Agner.92 Rev. William Pinkerton officiated at their wedding. Richard was born c1836, son of John and Mary Agner. He was a cooper by trade. After Richard's death, Mary (Armstrong) Agner married Mr. Kitson.

54. Andrew3 David Tribbett (John2, John1) born c1836,101 married 27 October 1870, A. Cary Hall.102 Rev. Samuel Brown performed their marriage. Cary was born c1846, daughter of Robert C. and Sarah Hall. Andrew served the Confederacy in Company H, 27th Virginia Infantry, "Rockbridge Rifles."103 He was a miller by trade and lived in Augusta County, Virginia at the time of his marriage.
55. William3 W. Tribbett (John2, John1) born c1838.104 He served the Confederacy in Company C, 1st Virginia Cavalry, and in the Rockbridge Rangers.105
56. Sarah3 Jane Tribbett (John2, John1) born c1840,106 married 6 October 1861, James A. Wine.107 Rev. W. S. McClanahan performed their marriage. James A. Wine was born c1837 in Bath County, Virginia. He was a distiller by occupation, and was a son of James and Susan Wine.
57. Phebe3 A. Tribbett (John2, John1) born c1842,108 married 1 May 1865 to William Wilson.109

59. Robert3 R. Tribbett (John2, John1) (twin) born c1846,111 married 7 February 1867, Mattie A. Brooks.112 Rev. Samuel Brown performed their marriage. Mattie was born c1848, daughter of George W. and Eliz. C. Brooks. Robert was a farmer. He served the Confederacy in the 2nd Rockbridge Artillery, enlisting in November 1862 at Rapidan Station. He was a carpenter in 1870, and lived in Clifton Forge, Alleghany County, Virginia in 1897. He died at Clifton Forge in 1923, and is buried at Crown Hill Cemetery in Clifton Forge, Virginia.113
60. Francis3 Marion Tribbett (John2, John1) (twin) born c1846,114 married 28 February 1882, E. E. Hereshaw.115 Rev. P. Swann performed their wedding. E. E. Hereshaw was born c1862, a daughter of J. and S. M. Hereshaw. Franklin was a farmer and lived in Knox County, Illinois at the time of their marriage. He served the Confederacy in the 2nd Rockbridge Artillery, enlisting in January 1864 at Cobham Station. He was sick with pleuritis from August to September 1864. He was a farmhand at Kerrs Creek in 1870, Francis Marion Tribbett died 23 November 1892 near Millboro, Bath County, Virginia.116
61. James3 P. Tribbett (John2, John1) born c1848,117 married 18 May 1881, Mary V. Gilmore.118 Rev. D. A. Penick officiated at their wedding. Mary was born c1850, daughter of W. C. and P. Gilmore. James was a farmer in Augusta County, Virginia at the time of their marriage.
62. Rebecca3 Elizabeth Tribbett (John2, John1) born 1850,119 married 15 October 1872, James H. Agner.120 Rev. M. A. Wilson officiated at their wedding. James Agner was born c1850, he was a shoemaker. His parents were Samuel and M. J. Agner.
63. Rachel3 S. Tribbett (John2, John1) born c1851, married 16 June 1869, John L. Bowling.121 Rev. M. A. Wilson officiated at their wedding. John was born c1850 in Nelson County, Virginia. He was a wheelwright by occupation. His parents were J. J. and L. J. Bowling.

65. Martha3 A. Tribbett (John2, John1) born c1856, married 2 December 1874, William G. Dixon.123 Rev, D. A. Penick officiated at their marriage. William G. Dixon was born c1852 to Robert and Lou Dixon. He was a farmer by occupation.
66. i. John3 Perry Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born 24 November 1839.124 He married Susan McGuffin, she died 6 January 1900.125 On 4 May 1904, he married Mary C. (Bowman) Wilson, daughter of Jno. and Elizabeth Bowman.126 Rev. Willis L. Wayt officiated at the ceremony. Mary was born 29 September 1851, and died 2 February 1910.127
John Perry Tribbett served the Confederacy as 1st Sgt. in Company G, 14th Virginia Cavalry. He was captured near Petersburg 2 April 1865 and sent to Point Lookout Prison. He was described as 5'10", light complexion, dark blue eyes, brown hair. He was a merchant at Vesuvius in Rockbridge County, Virginia, and in Lexington, Virginia. He died 3 January 1912 at Riverside in Rockbridge County, Virginia and is buried at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Augusta County, Virginia.128
67 ii. William3 W. Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born 27 November 1841. He served the Confederacy in Company H, 4th Virginia Infantry, "Rockbridge Grays." He was wounded at Gettysburg and captured at Spotsylvania. He was paroled from Elmira Prison in New York, 27 January 1865. He was described as 5'10", gray eyes, dark hair, florid complexion.129 He was living in October 1892 at Pana, Illinois.130
68 iii. Joseph3 F. Tribbett born (Andrew2, John1) c1844,131 served the Confederacy in Company H, 4th Virginia Infantry, "Rockbridge Grays." He was wounded 3 May 1863 at Chancellorsville, and died from his wounds and fever on 23 May 1863.132 He is buried at Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Rockbridge County, Virginia.133
69 iv. George3 Gardner Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born 26 January 1847,134 married 16 May 1878, Nannie Jemima Forsythe.135 Rev. H. R. Smith performed their marriage. Nannie was born 1 December 1858,136 daughter of Wm. E. and M. Forsythe.
George Gardiner Tribbett enlisted in Captain Freeman's Company of Jr. Reserves, CSA in April 1864. He was described as 5'9", fair complexion, blue eyes, and light hair. He enlisted in the 14th Virginia Cavalry, CSA in June 1864.137 George Tribbett died 13 October 1918, and Nannie (Forsythe) Tribbett died 11 October 1925. They are buried at Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery.138
70 v. James3 F. Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born c1849,139 died 24 March 1893. He is buried at Collierstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery.140
71 vi. Charles3 H. Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born 1852,141 married 25 February 1875, Clemenza C. Gregory, daughter of Wm. and Susan Gregory.142 Rev. Alfred Jones performed their marriage. Clemenza was born 11 January 1850 and died 23 July 1912.143 Charles H. Tribbett died in 1922. Both are buried at Collierstown.144
72 vii. Elijah3 Walker Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born 1 October 1855,145 married 20 February 1896, Christina V. Cummings.146 Rev. H. A. Wilson performed their marriage. Christina was born 9 January 1873,147 daughter of Wm. H. and Martha A. (Siler) Cummings. Elijah W. Tribbett died 12 July 1901 of Bright's Disease.148 Christina (Cummings) Tribbett lived until 3 October 1966,149 when she passed away at the advanced age of 93 years.
73 viii. Ellen3 Catherine Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born 9 June 1857.150 She lived at Chicago, Illinois in 1892.151 Ellen remained single, and passed away 11 April 1910. She is buried at Collierstown.152
74 ix. Mollie3 Elizabeth Tribbett (Andrew2, John1) born 13 June 1865,153 married 19 November 1890, James Douglas Deacon.154 Rev. Colin Stokes performed their wedding. James was born 7 October 1860.155 He was a son of Douglas C. and Margaret (Saville) Deacon.156 Mollie was a school teacher.157 Mollie (Tribbett) Deacon died 14 November 1948, and James D. Deacon died 31 December 1935. They are buried at Oxford Presbyterian Church Cemetery.158
