SMITH snaffles Cup!!


Here's the rules then, concise as they may be.

You have a Goalie, any 2 defenders, any 2 midfielders and a Striker from your current squad (Allan). Then, we all play each other as happy families, and if you beat your mate then you get 3 points, if you draw 1 point, and if you lose, null pwoi (as they say in The Eurovision Song Contest). And if you've got the most points after 7 games (that's when you'll have played everyone Allan), you WIN! Unless someone else has that many points too, in which case you better hope your goal difference is better than theirs, otherwise it's Goodbye Chuck. And Cup.

So, Smithy scraped a draw against Stevo to win the Cup, Titty and Janet played out a meaningless mid-table fixture, Willy and Andy competed for goals in a traditional 0-0 bore draw and Simes proved his form a little late with a thumping victory over the ever-hapless Mr Ramsay. Well done Pueblo, you won the last ever Cup competition. Until next season.
