RULES FOR THIS DIET ARE AS FOLLOWS:
               1. If you eat something and no one sees you eat
                  it, it has no calories.
               2. If you drink diet soda with a candy bar, the
calories from the candy bar are canceled out
                  by the diet soda.
               3. When you eat with someone else, calories don't
count if you don't eat more than they do.
               4. Foods used for medicinal purposes NEVER count.
Examples are: hot chocolate, dry toast, crackers,
                  cheese cake, or boxed chocolates.
               5. If you fatten up eveyone around you, you WILL
                  LOOK THINNER.
               6. Movie related foods, such as popcorn, soda,
Junior Mints, Milk Duds, etc., do not have any
calories because they are part of the entire
                  entertainment package.
               7. Cookie crumbs and broken cookies contain no
calories. The process of breaking causes the
                  calories to leak out.
               8. Any food consumed while standing over the
kitchen sink does not contain fat or calories.
               9. Things licked from spoons and knives have no
calories if you are in the process of preparing
something, i.e., peanut butter on a knife when
making a sandwich or ice cream from a spoon if
                  making an ice cream sundae.
              10. Foods that have the same color have the same
number of calories. Examples are: spinach and
pistachio ice cream, mushrooms and white chocolate.

Note: Chocolate is a universal color and may
be substituted for any other food color.
