Often described as "the scariest man in Aggime," Scott is also the club treasurer. He will probably graduate (again) someday, but don'hold your breath. Known for showing up with some new strange selection, his favorite animes include Maho Tsukai Tai, Kodomo no Omocha, Chou Kuseninarisou, Bakuen Campus Guardress, or anything else sufficiently psychotic or Shoujo.

A wind blew across the Brazos Valley. It swirled around the A&M campus and into the Evans Library bringing with it new anime and a new attitude. The wind was not the beginning. There are no beginnings or endings to the turning of the Wheel of Time, but it was a beginning.
As Chuck became immersed ever more deeply in his Thesis, many of the duties of the Chief-Button-Pusher devolved upon one William (Bill) W. Lovell. Bill was an Ag who was taking his time to graduate, having changed his major two or three times. He finally graduated in 1995 with degree in Accounting. Immediately thereafter, he started law school where he is currently in his third year and the top quarter of his class. Bill has repeatedly made one request of his friends, if they ever see his name in one of those late-night commercials that begin "Have you been injured…", they are to track him down and put him out of his misery.
Bill first came to Aggime one night in Spring '93. He immediately jumped into anime with both feet. He quickly began assimilating the major anime collections at A&M and began to work video-staff at various conventions. Currently, he is heavily involved with the video side of Project A-Kon.
When Bill took over as Chief-Button-Pusher, he decided that "I don't make decisions" wasn't his style. At the time, (before the explosion of the Web) the viewers' tastes and knowledge of anime was rather narrow and Bill took it upon himself to "educate" them, his way. This is overstating things and will probably annoy him when he reads this, but Aggime still held a respectable viewership by the time he left after Spring '95.

Patrick Havran

The current Chief-Button-Pusher is one Patrick B. Havran (a.k.a. Pato-chan). Why Pato-chan? Watch the first episode of Patlabor. Patrick is just too old to be doing this. He graduated from A&M in May '91 with a B.S. in Economics. Patrick returned to Aggieland in Spring '93 to being work on his M.B.A. He received his degree December '94 and is currently employed in Bellville, making little use of either degree.
Patrick discovered Aggime early in the spring semester of 1993, his first viewing coinciding with of Bill Lovell, his predecessor in Chief's role. This is where Pato-chan rediscovered anime. His previous experience being hours upon hours of unsubtitled anime at AggieCon's as an undergrad. Patrick has managed a respectable collection, despite a rather laid-back nature. He has also worked video-staff at various conventions and expects to work the next Project A-Kon as well.
Pato-chan took over the Chief's job in Fall '95 after Bill Lovell's departure. Patrick took over the job because no one else seemed to be willing to do it and his reluctance to let the group die. Thus was born Pato-chan's caretaking stewardship of Aggime. The group has seen a decline in membership, but retains a strong core. Aggime's attaining official status may signal a decrease in Pato-chan's contribution to the group. This could be a good thing because he keeps claiming that he is looking for a better job. (He's been saying this since 1995.)

Brian is a Senior at Texas A&M University, studying Business Management. The only member of Aggime who actually tries to think and plan more than 12 hours in advance. He will (hopefully) be graduating in Spring of 1999. At that time, he will be looking for a job, so keep an open position waiting for him. His favorite animes include Legend of Galactic Heros, Tenchi Muyo, Escaflowne, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Ranma 1/2.

Hey, everybody. My name's Nick Leifker. If you ever stop to visit the gang, I'm the schmo who usually has someone asking me for Escaflowne every Monday night. Fansubs are cool, but they can be a pain at times...
Anyway, I'm a fifth-year senior majoring in Chemical Engineering here at A&M, from the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 1997. Graduation date's slated for May. I used to do a lot of stuff up at the MSC Student Programs office, specifically with Nova and Cepheid Variable; that ended badly, though, and I've more or less been everybody's ghost since. Beyond that, I'm still involved here and there with stuff, such as Nova's College Bowl program and several programs at church. Beyond that, I do have one interesting hobby related to anime: fanfiction writing.
I've been an anime fan for about 2-1/2 years now, and a writer for two of those years. I've focused mainly on Ranma 1/2, as I'm familiar with the series and love the characters, but I've recently started going toward other series, such as Escaflowne and Sailor Moon. If you want to see my writings (and what I look like), go to http://people.tamu.edu/~nwl9354. It's my general archive with almost all of my stories.
Anyway, I've bored you to tears now, so I'd better let you go. Take care, and God bless.

A. Tong

EMail: ladyanne@earthling.net

A. is the web master and PR flack for Aggime. He/she/it is a fifth year senior studying Journalism. In short, spending tens of thousands of dollars for a post-graduation profession that usually pays thousands of dollars. Expected graduation date is sometime in August 1998.
He/She/It spends way too much time coding HTML, a workload that will, with luck, probably increase next semester. Favorite animes include Tenchi Muyo, Escaflowne, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and every so often, Key the Metal Idol. A. also has a strange obsession with the Bridge Crew from NGE, as well as other non-anime minor characters. He/She/It collects manga even though he/she/it can't understand a word. It's spiffy anyway. Also is trying his/her/its hand at fanfiction writing (again mostly centering around the Nerv Bridge Crew), although most everything has been put on hold for the moment.
Non-anime interests include X-Files, Star Trek, role-playing games, and small pet birds. Also, he/she/it is responsible for most of Brian Melcher's anime addiction.
