I had to improvise a Psyautotronic facilitator,shock box or tens unit (the black box method of quitting drugs).

I employed a dimmer switch, an electrical cord, electrial tape, and highly absorbent diasprum like cotton.

My pipe was new and I used Bacardi 151 so it wouldn't darken the pipe and obscure the smoke (this so I could see and create a displaced/artificial subconcious trama to the memory of the smoking going threw the glass pipe.

The cotton ball and the candle were next. I needed them to jeep my hands free to manipulate the dimmer switch apperatus in case I had to turn it up so as to snatch my attention from the rushing euphoria (if "I" used a lighter I would Faradize to the sound of it being struck.

1st.To fashion the device I took and cut the female end of the electric cord and split it into a "Y" the ends being about ten inches long.

2nd. I stripped the plastic ends off, one about 4 and a half inches and the second just under an inch.

3rd. I hooked together the dimmer switch and the shorter exposed wire by twisting and taping them together. The shorter exposed end to the dimmer switch.

4th. then I proceeded to bend the other end of the longer exposed wire back upon itself (the free one) and twist it into a hangmans noose to fit just the tip of my finger at the point where my cuticle extends (nail). Then I placed the noose over my nail and finger print area, not letting the exposed part go past the crease where my palm starts.

5th. I cut a small amount of the highly absorbent material and placed this into the twisted part of the noose (using a tiny amount, about as much a son a Q-tip, and just a drop of water.

6th. I taped the wire cotton and drop of water to my finger.

7th. I finished taping the wire from the fat part of my finger to my nail, wringing out the excess moisture by tugging lightly on the black tape as I spiraled it down to my nail completley covering the end.

8th. I made sure that the dimmer switch was down and off before I plugged it in.

9th. Trepidation was an integral part of the process, I focused on my smokes.

10th. I was a nicotine smoker and I had to start a general aversion to smoke foremost, taking my smokes all out of the pack at this point and then plugging the cord into the socket, and as I did focusing to the point of fixation on the smell of fresh cigarettes.

11th. I cut the dimmer switch on , since only one end was affixed to my finger it didn't "BITE" me at this point.

12th. I kept the dimmer voltage all the way down and quickly tapped the free wire with my thumb to gage how much there was. raising the voltage up until my fingers and hand registered discomfort.

13th. all through this I ignored the dimmer switch and wires and fixated to the point of self-hypnosis on the smell, sight, and even the sizzle sound of the drug, beer or cigarette in my grasp. The wire from the dimmer switch protruded one inch of exposed wire and was not taped. Bare wire was placed between my thumb and the pipe, alcohol mug or cigarette and held in place my digital opposition. I used my fear, especially of it shocking my mouth, warning myself if I did , it was the pipe or the cigarette that did it.I Ignored the box and wires completely.

14th. as I pointed out before, I had to make strong visualizations and associations with regards as to what I was doing, AS I WAS DOING IT. Actually seeing in my minds eye, the poison smoke coming threw the joint ot whatever, convincing myself that the electroshocking field was emanating from this cigarette, pipe or this mug and it's contents;- that the rush, or intoxication or buzz IN AND OF ITSELF was actually the cause and the culprit of the electrical irritation.

Repeating this for four or five days witht he cigarettes I then transferred the aversion to crack, or meth smoking.
