We always here of web pages winning awards, be it for info, layout, or graphics. But we never here of people winning awards for there creativeness and computer skills. That's one of the reasons I started this contest, the other is that I am in desprit need of help in the banner/button department, because I don't have the time to make them.

The rules are simple, anything goes except no Henti!! It could be a banner/button of any size shape or colour. It must have the title of my home page on it (Sailor Moon Award Central) or (SM Award Central) some where on it. And last but not least it must be created by you and not the SM toolbox or Michrus art studio for example. Unless the owners of that site wish to participate. Other than that I just ask that you enjoy your creativity and have fun!
