Susan Jordan, the pretty wife of up and coming businessman Peter Jordan, frequently succumbs to nervous headaches which prevent her from accompanying him to business parties. Ellen Craig (Elizabeth Montgomery) is the Boss' daughter, to whose beauty, lonely Peter nearly succumbs. With Ellen's assistance and Peter's love, Susan no longer feels like a milstone around her husband's neck.
