Why Disney is Going to Build DisneySea in Orlando

Disney's Next Orlando Park...
and Why its Going to be DisneySea

I have been thinking lately about why Disney MUST build DisneySea next in Orlando
Here's the theory......
Everything that Disney has announced or build down there since 1987 has been for some purpose...to defeat some competitor...
Pleasure Island---to defeat Church Street Station
Typhoon Lagoon---to defeat Wet and Wild
Disney MGM---to defeat Universal (and that was unsuccessful)
The Disney Boardwalk (announced but never built Boardwalk Theme Park)--
to defeat Boardwalk and Baseball....

Now they've built DAK....why? To defeat Busch Gardens Tampa of course. Disney is testing Busch......will they be scared and close the park, or will they stand and face a predicted twenty percent loss in visitors. Disney accomplishes two purposes with AK...to test Busch, and to provide a conservation based park to appease animal lovers in the country (who will support Disney because of their dedication to conservation....shrewd aren't they.)

This all leads up to only one solution....and that is what their next park is going to be.......
They have two competitors. Disney will know Busch is scared if they close down their achilles heel Adventure Island, the water park next to BGT, somewhere within the next few years. Then, they'll know that they can crush Busch where it will really hurt...Sea World. How will they do this...Why with DisneySea of course. Not only will DisneySea crush Sea World, but with all the thrill rides being planned for the Tokyo version of the park, it will certainly compete with Universal's Islands of Adventure.....
