PRESCHOOL STORYHOUR

A Preschool Storyhour is conducted by Mrs. Linda Honan
and several volunteers from the community. It is held
every Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the community room.

CHILDREN'S COMPUTER

A computer has been placed in the children's area of the
library by the Younger Women's Club of Maysville that is
devoted to children's reading and learning games. The
computer contains several living books and learning games
as well as Grolier's Encyclopedia. In order to use this
computer you must sign in at the circulation desk. Children
under ten must have an adult with them while using this computer.

SUMMER READING PROGRAM

Each year beginning in June and lasting until August a summer reading program is sponsored by the library. Each participating child records books read in a log. In August, the library has a party for all those enrolled in the program. Area restaurants donate kids meals as a part of the summer reading program. This year's theme is "Readers of the Round Table," so come and join us as we venture to the time of King Arthur and Camelot.
