for Davey
There once was a driver who raced like
the wind
He raced with ALL his heart until the
very end
He raced with a passion that couldn't
be stopped
And he was there to take it when the checkered
flag dropped
He was loved by many and ranked among
the best
He was young, but he put even those called
legends to the test
Davey made quite an impression on his
many fans
He was a remarkable driver and an even
better man
Now Davey is racing with the angels and
winning all the same
From the green flag to the checkered
and all the way to Victory Lane
He is still very missed and he'll always
be loved
