School Badge

The school badge is based in the School Motto, 'Honor Virtuitis, Praemium'

The green and white stripes reflect the fact that this is a La Salle school.

At the apex is the crown - a symbol of affiliation to the British sovereign.  St George was named during the reign of King George V.

Within the laurel wreath, which symbolises victory in the Olympics, is the picture of St George slaying the dragon. This symbolises that good will always triumph pver evil. In the older version of the badge, we will also come across the Lilies of the Valleywhich signify purity and the Shamrock which stands for the Irish Brothers.
