School Flag

All La Salle schools use green and white flags as the official school colours. White represents purity and green symbolizes the Irish Brothers who played a major role in the La Salle movement.

Added to these two colours, each school then provides variations. For us at St George’s the school flag is ½ white and ½ green. The logo in which one can see St George slaying a dragon is our school symbol. The yellow, white and black bands reflect the colours of our the Perak state flag. The letters SGI above the school’s logo stand for Saint George’s Institution while the letters TPG stand for Taiping.
