"Natto" is made from soy beans.
Soy beans are boiled and fermented for a while.
And they become "Natto".
It has stickiness.
People eat it with soy source. I like it very much.
This is eaten mainly in east Japan. It's not popular in west
Japan.
Most of foreigners don't like it, so if you like it or you can understand its
taste, you are an authority on Japan.
