"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are all passed away"
~IN MEMORY OF~
JEANNE HODTWALKER
Jan. 24,1942 To July 3,2000

I took God's hand when I heard God call,
I could not stay
To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joys.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Oh yes, these things I, too, will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life's been full,
I've savored much,
Good friends, good times,
A loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seems all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now
With undue grief.
