Ingredients:
Carrots-1 lb
Milk-2&1/2 cups(cup-250 ml)
Sugar-1&1/4 cup or alter to taste
cardamom-1/2 tsp(powdered)
Chopped cashew nuts-2 tsp
Chopped almonds-2 tsp
Saffron-a pinch (soak in little milk)
Ghee-1 tsp
Directions:
Grate the carrots.In a saute pan cook the grated carrot with milk and saffron.After it is cooked and gets to thicken, add sugar,cardamom, nuts in low flame and remove from heat. Grease a plate with ghee and pour this, cut into burfis. Send me a mail after your try.
