Ingredients:
Jasmine rice - 1cup
Onion -1 (small)
Garlic - 4 pods
Cilantro to garnish
Tomatoes -2
Green chillies - 3 (Pepper)
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Cook the rice ,and allow it to cool in a plate.
Cut the onion,garlic,tomatoes,Chillies.
In a pan add oil,then add saunf and fry for a minute.Add the onion,garlic,chillies,tomatoes. Add Chilly powder and salt to taste.Stir well till the tomatoes are tender and then add the cooked rice and keep in low flame for 5 minutes with constant stirring.Garnish with cilantro.
