1) All rules must be followed in order for Sim Horsey to run smoothly

2) There is absoloutely NO pornography and everyone must be polite to
all of the other members.

3) To join SH , just click on join. You will recieve the information 
on the 1 or 2 horses you requested and you will get an SH registration
number. Keep all that info as it is important during the game.

4) If you want more than 2 horses you must buy them from either the 
classifieds or the For Sale section in one of the barns. Sometimes 
there might also be auctions.

5) You must find accomadations for your horse(s) AND yourself!

6) You need a bank account to play this game. To get one click on
bank and sign up for a new account. You will begin the game with 
$200 000.00

8)The bank will consider giving you a loan if you apply for one. Loans
may be used to pay for property you purchased,a barn your having built 
or even horses you wish to buy. You may get a loan for the maximum of 
$90,000 NO MORE but less will be given.

9)If you wish to own a barn the first thing you must do is buy some
propert from "SH Property for sale." Then you must hire a barn builder
to build you a barn. To own a Barn you HAVE to be able to build a 
web page. Once the barn is built further instructions will be given.
