Of Batavia Dies

Batavia, IL. July 25-Mrs Mary Ann DONAHUE, widow of Thomas DONAHUE, died at St. Charles hospital, Aurora, Sunday morning at 8 o'clock.
She was 65 years, 7 months and 12 days of age and had been a resident of Batavia for many years.

Mrs. Donahue had been in poor health for some time. Her only daughter Margaret, wife of O.N. PHANKE, died just two weeks ago, and the shock was so great that the mother was taken to the hospital, where her last days were made as comfortable as possible.

The Remains were taken to the Hollister funeral home and funeral services will be held from her late home, 45 North Prairie street, Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock and from Holy Cross Church, of which she a faithful member, at 10 o'clock. The Rev. Father Daniel LeHane will be in charge and the interment will be in West Batavia cemetery.

Mrs. Donahue leaves no near relatives aside from one brother, Robert KELLY, of Iowa. He reached her side Friday. Relatives from Milwaukee were also here and they will be joined by several nieces and nephews from West Chicago at the funeral.

Friends wishing to see Mrs. Donahue may do so at the home, 45 North Prairie street, Monday night or Tuesday morning.
