Wizardmon's Gift
The Prophecy
Devamon is standing on top of Mt. Infinity. He is angry is know that Tai and Mimi met up with Matt and Izzy. But he laughs when he thinks what will to Joe and Sora on the Bakemon Holiday.
The scene cuts to Joe and Gomamon on the sea. The bed is rocking back and forth and it makes Joe sea-sick. Meanwhile Gomamon is eating all the emergency food, Joe had planned. When Joe sees Gomamon eating all of the food, he breaks out. Joe grabs Gomamon and shakes him, yelling at him for eating all the food. Now what are they going to eat? The food was for an emergency. Gomamon explains that he needs food to Digi-volve, so when an evil Digimon comes, he can Digi-volve to protect him. "Well, do you see any Digimon around?!" Joe says hysterically.
They both see a huge wooden box floating towards them. Joe wonders what it could. He opens it and Orgemon pops out! Orgemon laughs at them and cries out, "PUMMEL WACK!" and takes several swipes at the couple with his bone club. Joe and Gomamon all dodge the swipes, but Orgemon smashes the bed in half. "MUNCHING FISHES!!!" Gomamon summons a group of little multicolored fishes. The fishes leap out of the ocean and bite Orgemon. Orgemon tries to wack them all away, but the bites do hurt. "What kind of powerful force is it that a bunch of small fish can drive a muscle-bound monster back where he came from?" Joe asks Gomamon."When they all group together to see the downfall of evil, they fight for a good purpose." Gomamon replies. Just then, Orgemon wacks all the fish back into the ocean..."or maybe not," Gomamon says.
A digi-vice screams and...Gomamon digi-volve to...IKKAKUMON! Orgemon throws numerous punches at Ikkakumon. "Harpoon Torpedo!" The missles hit Orgemon and weakens him. Ikkakumon tells Joe to climb onto his back, Joe climbs on and they both swim away. Orgemon tries to follow but he just can't swim. Ikkakumon grows tired after some time and he digi-volves back to Gomamon. Joe and Gomamon both are sinking deep to the ocean floor. Joe is trying hard to hold is breath and Gomamon is unconscious.
On a deserted island, Sora and Biyomon are together. "Sora's fishing, Sora's fishing!" Biymon sings happily. "I'm hoping to catch something big," the line goes taunt, "it's a whopper for sure!" Sora cries out. Sora pulls hard and Biyomon offers to help. Both of them pull and pull...what is this? Joe and Gomamon?!
They build a fire, Gomamon tells Sora and Biyomon what happened and Joe's unconscious. Gomamon recalls: They were sinking and Gomamon opened his eyes and saw Joe unconscious. He tried to carry them to the surface but his strength was leaving him and he couldn't hold his breath. He saw a fishing line and wrapped it around Joe and he hung on to him, until they were pulled up. And that was when, Sora and Biyomon pulled them up. Gomamon says he's worried about Joe's confidence. Fighting Orgemon really knocked him out. He needs to rebuild his self confidence. Sora and Biyomon say they will help but how? "By making him our leader," Gomamon says. Joe wakes up and sees the group. Sora asks Joe what should they do, they're stuck on a deserted island with no leader. Everyone votes for Joe as leader, Joe feels overwhelmed. Sora says Joe is the strongest one there, Gomamon helps out and says how he was brave in fighting Unimon. Joe remembers and agrees, "I am brave and I am the strongest one here," Joe says standing up with a lot of confidence. "Well let's not get too carried away," Sora says. They hear a bell, where is it coming from? On top of the Mountain. The sky grew dark and the moon is out, a cloudy night it is. They make out a silhoette of a church, where there's a church there must be people, Joe thinks. They march up the mountain with Joe leading the way and singing a marching song, "Hup two three four and a hup two three four..."
Sora notices that she has a feeling she's been here before; like de javu. This must be a part of the island that broke away. They make it to the church, Joe says there will be people here, where there's people there will be food and the people can bring them home. "You're assuming quite a bit there," Sora sarcastically says. "It's just my opinion," Joe says annoyed. "Just suggesting another view," Sora replies. "I'm the leader here," Joe shoots back. "Okay," Sora says annoyed also. Joe walks forward. "Wow, I think we've created a monster," Sora says to Gomamon and Biyomon. "Hey you think a Black Gear got him?" Gomamon asks. "Oh Gomamon!" Sora says and the trio laughs.
They sneak to the back of the church. They need someone to go up ahead and see what the situation is. Joe is afraid and hestitant. Gomamon offers to go. Joe snaps and say no, he'll go since he's the leader. Joe sneaks up, the group snickers; reverse psychology. Joe sneaks up and sees a huge bonfire blazing in the middle. A circle of people (people?!) are dancing around it. Joe races back to tell the others. He tells them that there are people there dancing with masks on and they're dancing pretty bad too. The whole group goes and checks it out. Joe was right. "They're wearing masks and dancing like...like it's Halloween," Sora notices. "Hallo..what?
"AHHH!!!!" It was only a priest wearing a mask, he does look like a man with a mask on. The priest tells the group that they are celebrating the Bakemon Holiday. He leads the group inside the church. The church is empty, but lit with candle light. Near the altar, a group of priests are lined up around the altar. "We've love to have you join us. We don't have young people around. No holiday is complete without them," The priest tells them. "Is it like trick or treating? You do that for the Bakemon?" Joe asks. "Yes," The priest replies.
"Wait. Bakemon? As in Lord Bakemon? But the only Bakemon I know is a horrible Digimon that lives around ghosts. Why would you honor and celebrate someone like that? He's a loser!" Gomamon asks the priest. "You got that right," Biyomon agrees. "Don't you dare come in here and tell us who to honor or not!!" the Priest shouts at them.
"When's the trick or treating going to start?" Joe asks. "You're not afraid?" The priest asks. "No," Joe replies. "Cause it's a trick..." his mask starts to crack, "and you're the treat!" His whole body bursts and reveals Bakemon. Bakemon, no one has seen him in his true form. Everybody at the altar turns into Bakemon. The group run out, the dancers are Bakemon also. Biyomon tries to attack but they all dodge it. "Biyomon digi-volve to..." she falls flat on her face. "Gomamon digi-volve to..." he falls flat on his face too. They are just too hungry and can't digi-volve. The Bakemon all huddle in and capture them.
The Bakemon throw Gomamon and Biyomon in a cell underground. Joe and Sora are tied up on a stone tablet. The Bakemon circle around the tablet and chant a trick or treating song. Two Bakemon holding salt and pepper shakers sprinkle each on Joe and Sora. Down below the Digimon are thinking of a plan to save their friends. They are guarded by a sleeping Bakemon. They search for a way out, but none is spotted. Gomamon has an idea, they're going to trick the Bakemon to give them something to eat. But how to wake him up? Gomamon see some pebbles on the ground, he picks one up and throws it at Bakemon. The Bakemon wake up and asks, "what's the matter?" The Digimon ask if the Bakemon is going to do it. "Uh, do what?" The confused Bakemon asks. The Digimon explain that Bakemon has to taunt them, "But I haven't learned how to taunt yet, " Bakemon says. The Digimon offer to help. RIght now they are hungry, so Bakemon has to do the opposite of what the Digimon want. The Digimon are hungry, Bakemon has to get some food and wave it in front of them. Bakemon grabs some bananas and holds them up. The Digimon say they can't see it. Bakemon moves closer, they still can't see it. Bakemon moves right in front of the cage. "There...looks pretty good huh?" Bakemon says, taunting them. Gomamon and Biyomon all make a grab for it. They knock out the Bakemon and eat up. "Never get between a Digimon and it's dinner," Biyomon says, munching happily on the bananas.
Meanwhile, up above them, the Bakemons have all finished chanting. They float above Joe and Sora and circle them, they all combine into Lord Bakemon. A huge Bakemon with an eyepatch and claws for hands. Lord Bakemon is ready to eat them all up... a Digi-vice rings and...Gomamon digi-volve to...IKKAKUMON!!! Ikkakumon uses his "Harpoon Torpedo!" to make Lord Bakemon move back. Biyomon digi-volve to...Birdramon Birdramon and Ikkakumon, both get the kids outside. Joe and Sora hide behind a could of grave stones. "Meteor Wings!" Bakemon blocks the deadly fireballs. "Harpoon Torpedo!" Bakemon grabs the missle and throws it behind him.
"Lord Bakemon is tough!" Sora says. "His power comes from evil, I know good can beat him in time," Joe says. "What if it's too late?!" Sora cries. "Never too late to fight evil!" Joe replies. "I once saw a show about this Roman Phsyicist and he taught that if you repeat a phrase a number of times. It'll help you focus mind over matter." Joe explains. Joe puts his hands together and says, "Bakemon lose your power, Bakemon lose your power." Sora takes her lucky hat off and grabs a twig and beats out a rythm. Her hat is pretty hard, she taps out a rythm. "Bakemon lose your power, Bakemon lose your power," Joe chants.
Bakemon hears these chants and grows hestitant, Lord Bakemon appears to be shrinking. Ikkakumon and Birdramon notice their chance. They attack all at once. "METEOR WINGS!" "HARPOON TORPEDO!" BANG! Bakemon blew up! They did it! A crack in the ground forms, Joe and Sora see numerous Black Gears there. The Black Gears all break and everyone cheers. Sora rides on Birdramon's claws and Joe rides on Ikkakumon's back, they are traveling to Mt. Infinity. "Maybe our friends are there Sora," Joe says. "I hope so."
T.K and Patamon are still on the bed. Ahead is a waterfall. T.K becomes scared and then the bed falls into the water! Luckily, Patamon is able to catch him and sets him gently to the ground. The little kid looks at the huge waterfall. "Somebody must have pulled the plung!" T.K. exclaims. T.K. becomes sad and misses his brother and friends.. He starts crying. Patamon thinks of why he can't digivolve. He thinks that if he could digivolve, he could help T.K. get off the island like Birdramon. In his frustration, Patamon starts crying. T.K. stops crying and looks at Patamon. Patamon cries, "I want to digivolve!" T.K. understands and suggests what Patamon might digivolve to. Both are so ridiculous that Patamon gets angry. "I'm not a pig!"
Suddenly, T.K. and Patamon hear a train whistle. They run into a desert and stop at a railway track. A whoosh of wind blows against them, but no train appeared! T.K. becomes discouraged and he and Patamon search around.
They keep on walking to find the others but they found a place like a baby nurturing baby place. Soon, the youngsters arrive at Primary Village. It is the most exciting thing to T.K. and he and Patamon jump up and down on the marshmellow-soft blocks. Waaa! A cry was heard. T.K. and Patamon look around and find the source of the cry. A Botamon! The small black Digimon stared at them, shivering. A Punimon cries out, "Puni! Puni! Puni!" The two see a couple of dozen of babies. They find little baby digimon,(who are like the before forms of koromon and so on.)and they try to help them from crying.
One egg had a curious sign on it. Rub. That's all it said. T.K., consumed with curiousity, begins to rub the egg. In seconds, a Poyomon hatches. "Poyo! Poyo!" It cries. T.K. and Patamon wonder where another bed is and then :poof!: an instant bed appears. T.K. tells Patamon that a long time ago, he fell down and started crying. Matt comes over to comfort him.
Meanwhile, "Super Thunderstroy!!!!" A beam of electricity shoots into the stream and kills thousands of fish. A small four-legged red and blue striped Digimon ,(who is about the size of Patamon ) with a white belly appears. It is Elecmon. The electric-powered Digimon is gathering food for the babies.
He hears a cry. "My babies are crying? I'm coming!" Elecmon then runs back to Primary Village. When he gets there, he sees T.K. and Patamon trying to calm them down. He is the guardian of the little babies and he thinks T.K and Patamon are intruders. Being too protective, Elecmon becomes angry.
"Super Thunderstroy!!!!" The electric Digimon sends out a powerful beam of electricity at T.K.! Patamon knocks him to the ground and the Super Thunderstroy destroys a huge block behind them. T.K. looks at Elecmon, a bit shaky from the attack.
"You could hurt somebody with that!" T.K. tries to explain. Elecmon glares at them, telling them to leave. Patamon becomes very angry. The two Digimon begin to fight. Patamon is electricuted, but fights back with "Boom-Bubble!" Elecmon dodges it and the two Digimon roll across the floor. Patamon seems to be digivolving. T.K. could stand this no longer. "Stop!!!!!" he cries.
Patamon and Elecmon stop instantly. T.K. must have yelled louder than usual because they were all staring at him. Surprised. "Stop fighting." T.K. says, calmer now.
Patamon calms down a baby Digimon. "Don't talk to them, you hear?" Elecmon growls. Patamon shoots back, "You're acting very immature." Elecmon becomes angry and the two rookie Digimon glare at each other. Patamon asks T.K. if he could teach Elecmon a lesson. "You are the one who's gonna learn a lesson!" The electric monsters says. T.K. looks at them. He says that they should have a tug-of-war test. Through a tough struggle, Patamon wins and throws Elecmon into a soft block, feathers shoot out. T.K. is worried, but Elecmon is okay and congratulates Patamon. He says that he was worried about the island splitting up and that he was expecting a fight. "I guess I took that out on you, Patamon. You're a lot stronger than you look." Patamon blushes and thanks him. Elecmon suggests that Patamon become the new care-taker. But he doesn't accept. Elecmon then decides to let the two stay. T.K. asks about Infinity Mountain. Elecmon shivers and asked, "You want to climb up there?" Elecmon tries to explain to him about Devimon, but T.K. says he needs to ask Devimon where his friends were. Elecmon says that he needs to fight him first. T.K. objects, then suggests laughter. The red Digimon agrees and goes to the Yocomon Village. T.K. looks out into the sea.
Meanwhile, Tai, Matt, and the others are all going to Infinity Mountain, too. Devimon is angry about everyone of the kids coming back. He orders Leomon to get T.K. He says that soon, a battle will start. Meanwhile, T.K. notices something about Botamon. Botamon digivolves to Koromon! T.K. and the other Digimon congratulates him. Patamon says that he wants to stay the way he is. That he and T.K. will always be friends. T.K. and Patamon clap and laugh. Leomon glares down at them. Ready to attack.
"Legend of the Digi Destined"
In the previous epsiode, TK and Patamon landed in Primary Village, a home to all baby Digimon. But their Digi-Care taker had a real bad temper, it was up to TK and Patamon to save the day. They have to work together to defeat Elecmon. They did and the story takes us back here....
TK and Patamon are congratulating themselves for freeing Elecmon from a black gear. They hear a crash, they look and see Leomon. TK and Patamon run into the forest. Leomon is close behind them, telling them that he; himself is Devimon's humble servant and must obey.
TK and Patamon manage to hide behind a tree. Orgemon is close by and calls out to the two. He holds a Poyomon in his hand and his bone club in the other. Orgemon threatens the two that if they don't come out, he'll do something really nasty to the Digimon baby. Patamon thinks hard and is confused. He knows that he has to protect TK but if he doesn't do something now, it'll be too late for the Poyomon.

LEOMON FOUND THEM! He cut the tree down. TK and Patamon both run for it. Devimon senses his victory and through telepathy he commands Leomon to destroy them, starting with the smallest one....which is TK. Patamon flys in front of TK and..."BOOM BUBBLE!" Leomon blocks it and lunges forward. Patamon attacks again, no use. Leomon is only inches away from the two now, Patamon jumps in to protect TK. Leomon punches Patamon away.
"GRRRRRrrrrrr........."
Garurumon showed up and starts to battle with Leomon, leading both of them away from TK. Garurumon's strong fur, acts like armor, to shield himself from Leomon's blade. Orgemon is standing there watching, and we see a hand take the Poyomon away from danger. Orgemon notices something missing and sees Tai.
"You shouldn't try that hard Patamon, take it easy," TK says, to the discouraged Patamon.
"Go get him, Greymon!" Tai says. Greymon appears and blasts Orgemon away. Tai notices, Garurumon needing some help with Leomon. He sends Greymon over.
Devimon realizes how close he was, and he sends six black gears, flying towards Leomon. The six gears are absorbed and Leomon cries out in agony by the immense evil power. The black gears make Leomon change color (black and white) and increase in size. Leomon calmly puts away his sword.
Matt calls out to Garurumon, "Get out of there, before he beats you into a pulp!"
"FIST OF THE BEAST KING!" Leomon's power punch hits Garurumon, Garurumon is sent flying into Greymon. Both of them are knocked down. Leomon turns to TK, Patamon realizes the danger and attacks...."BOOM BUBBLES!" Leomon just walks right into them and no harm is done.
"ELECTRO SHOCKER!" Leomon dodges and looks up. It's Kabuterimon with Izzy and Togemon and Mimi. "NEEDLE SPRAY!" Leomon doesn't seem to be harmed.
Tai looks up with an idea, he walks over to Leomon. "Hey booger breath..." That got Leomon's attention. Tai holds up his digi-vice a bright light shines into Leomon's eyes, Matt sees this and does the same. The black gears inside Leomon all leave him and are destroyed. He's back to normal.
In a clearing, Leomon and the group of kids sit. Leomon explains to them, the Legend of the Digi-Destined. Long ago, their ancestors predicted that seven kids from another world would come to File Island and destroy the evil there and free all of the Digimon. The kids aren't sure if they are really the Digi-Destined. Leomon explains to them, that they have arrived in their time of need. Also, the Digi-Destined would have the power to make Digimon digi-volve. They must defeat Devimon. It is all explained. Leomon takes them to Mt. Infinity on a wooden boat. Leomon is takes the kids toward the base of the Mountain.
In his tower, Devimon is enraged. The Digi-Destined have freed Leomon. Devimon laughs, he comments on how useful Leomon is to him, leading the kids straight to him. Orgemon appears. Devimon looks at him and laughs; he turns Orgemon into several black gears. The gears fly up and towards Devamon. A rumbling below where the group is, is felt. A HUGE Devamon comes out of the Mountain. He has manipulated the gears, so that it gave him a power boost! He sees the group and laughs.
"Whoa..." All the kids say in amazement.
"What is that?!" Matt says in astonishment.
"It must be Devimon!" Tai cries out. Devimon is HUGE, he is ten times the height of Greymon. The gears that he combined with, made him grow. He is slowly coming out of his dark mansion.
I never expected him to be this big," Palmon honestly says.
"Bad guys always think bigger is better," Izzy says.
"Afraid not, the power that Devimon possess is immense, so be careful," Leomon advises. He too is looking up at the gigantic Devimon. Devimon flys up and approaches the kids. He turns around and a gust of wind push the kids back to a hill side. Devimon raises his hand towards the kids and unleashes a black barrier to weaken the kids and the Digimon.
"You fools, don't expect me to play silly games with you," Devimon tells each of them. The force he is exerting is immense.
"HARPOON TORPEDO!" Missles crash into Devimon. They caught him by surprise, he turns his head and sees Joe and Ikkakumon. Joe and Ikkakumon made it! Caught by the surprise, Devimon forgets about his barrier.
"That's a bulls-eye Ikkakumon, " Joe praises. He and Ikkakumon are on the ground, not too far away from Devimon.
"Quick everybody, there's no time to waste. We have to strike!" Sora cries out running towards the group.
Everyone nods and..... Agumon digi-volve to...GREYMON! Gabumon digi-volve to...GARURUMON! Tentomon digi-volve to...KABUTERIMON! Palmon digi-volve to...TOGEMON! Greymon sends a "NOVA BLAST!" towards Devimon. It has no affect, except get Devimon's attention. Garurumon lunges toward Devimon and blasts "GROWLING BLASTER!" and bites onto Devimon's arm. Devimon throws Garurumon into Greymon, "Your attacks are pitiful. I'm afraid you'll have to try harder than that!" Kabuterimon blasts with a "ELECTRO SHOCKER!" It has no affect.
"So you want a needle spray?!" Togemon unleashes her needles, "NEEDLE SPRAY!" Devimon doesn't even flinch.
"Give up you fools, it's useless!" Devimon taunts them. He swipes his hand and sends Togemon away and hitting the ground. He then swipes his hand at Kabuterimon and sends him falling onto Greymon. Leomon sees his chance. Devimon's back is facing towards him. Leomon lunges at Devimon's back, but his back opens up and reveals Orgemon. Leomon is surprised.
"You got no chance for the likes of us kitty cat!" Orgemon announces and blasts Leomon far away into the trees. Orgemon goes back into Devimon.
"METEOR WINGS!" Birdramon's effort is useless. "HARPOON TORPEDO!" Ikkakumon couldn't even make a scratch! Devimon grabs Birdramon with one hand, "Your not worth my time!" and then he throws Birdramon to the ground. Devimon reachs down and picks up Ikkakumon and throws him toward Kabuterimon. Devimon turns around and sees TK and Patamon, alone.
"Oh boy, there's nobody left, what do we do Patamon?" TK asks Patamon, his voice quivering with fear.
"Now to get rid of you! Then I have nothing to fear! They say the smallest will destroy me. But I'm not going to let that happen!" Devimon reaches toward TK. Matt runs toward his little brother, Garurumon is faster and bites onto Devimon's hand. All the Digimon try to hold onto Devimon. From a far away view, the difference is immense. Togemon holds onto Devimon's ankle, Kabuterimon bites onto his shoulder, and everyone else tries desperately to hold onto Devimon. Devimon is just too big. "I have power over all Digimon!" Devimon creats a barrier and shakes everyone off. All the Digimon are lying on their backs, they can't defeat Devimon.
"I can't move, even my needles feel numb," Togemon says on her back.
"This is bad," Tai realizes. He doesn't know what to do. Devimon defeated their Digimon, is there any way to stop him?
"MATT!" TK cries out. TK sees his big brother lying down. TK too is down also. Everyone was weakened by Devimon's attack.
A weak Matt, raises his head and sees his little brother. "Hey, get ready to run," Matt tells TK weakly.
Patamon slowly gets up and sees Devimon's gigantic hand slowly reaching towards TK. Patamon flys up and breathes in hard and..."POW!" Patamon's attack didn't do any harm. Devimon probably never even felt it. "POW!" Again Patamon tries, but nothing happens. Devimon's hand is even closer to TK's trembling body. "POW!" Patamon feels discouraged and frightened. "What'll I do? TK's in danger I've got to protect him. I don't understand it, it isn't working!" tears form in little Patamon's eyes, "Why can't I digi-volve?!?!" Patamon says, tears running down his cheeks.
"PATAMON HELP!" TK brings his arms up, hoping to lessen the pain. Devimon's hand is closing in on young TK.
"I'll save you TK!" Patamon dives in front of TK. Devimon closes his hand and grasps Patamon instead. Patamon sacrificed himself for TK. Devimon's evil laughter rings out and he slowly crushes Patamon.
"Hang on Pal!" Matt cries out, witnessing his brave deed.
ringggg....ringggg..... A digi-vice starts to ring. Bright light illuminates in Devimon's fist. Devimon can't stand the brightness of the light and lets go. Everyone stares in awe at the floating circle of light, now rising above Devimon's head.
It must be Patamon. He's digi-volving," Sora says, staring up in awe at the bright light.
The bright light stops above Devimon's head......Patamon digi-volve to...ANGEMON!!! A heavenly figure appears with three pairs of white feathery wings on his back, the top half of his face is covered with a metal mask with a cross on it, long orange-golden hair flows down to his waist, heavenly robes drape along his white feathery body and he holds a long staff.
"Hey Patamon finally digi-volved!" Joe announces.
"That's super cool!" Sora says.
"Not bad, that little guy really had it in him," Matt says pleased.
"Nice hair, good color," Mimi stares up at Angemon in awe.
"I want to take him home with me," TK says in wonder, staring up at Angemon.
"What is this?! Another foolish attempt?" Devimon ridicules.
A heavenly voice is heard from Angemon,"Forces of good are powerful. Even you can't stop us. I'll destroy you and bring peace to the island!" All the digi-vices ring and bright light shoots out of all of them. Togemon, Garurumon, Kabuterimon, Greymon, Ikkakumon and Birdramon all digi-volve back to their previous forms. The lights shoot out and is absorbed my Angemon's staff.
"That light is so bright. What are you doing to me?" Devimon cries out. "Stop it! I'm not going to allow you to take my power away! You'll have to fight me!"
"I'm afraid I have no other choice, if I can help others, my fate is unimportant," Angemon says with dignity.
TK hears this and stands up and cries out, "ANGEMON!"
"Your powers are out of control and must be estinguished. I am ready to fight for peace!" Angemon tells Devimon. Angemon lowers his staff to waist height. Orgemon pops out out of Devimon's body, but comes in contact with Angemon's staff. Orgemon is sent flying through the trees. The staff is aborbed into Angemon's right hand. He forms a glowing fist.
"BE CAREFUL" TK calls out to Angemon.
Angemon turns his head slightly to TK and says, "I'll get him, relax."
"Come here, pretty boy!" Devimon raises both of his hands, hoping to catch Angemon and crush him between his hands.
"I'll stop you, HEE-YAH!" Angemon throws fist of light at Devimon. All the energy absorbed is thrown at Devimon, forming a hole in Devimon. The energy beam spreads far away, even over the island. From afar, two explosions are seen.
Devimon is disingrating and tells Angemon he isn't really smart using up all his power. "Evil is everywhere. There are other Digimon even more powerful then me. You haven't won at all. What a waste of time. Ha ha ha!" With that, Devimon vanished, disingrated into thin air.
A lone cry pierces the air, "ANGEMON!" That young innocent voice is TK, he is crying out to his Digimon friend. Tears running from his eyes, he looks up at Angemon.
Angemon turns toward him, bright white specks of light flys away from his body. He too is disingrating. "TK, I'll come back....if you want me to," with that Angemon disappears.
"ANGEMON!!!!!"
TK falls to his knees, sobbing for the lost of his Digimon. Single white feathers start to fall from the sky. The feathers form a pile in front of TK, the pile starts to glow and it turns out to be a Digi-egg. An orange and white Digi-egg. TK sees it and hugs it. All the others circle around TK. "What do you know, it's a Digi egg," Tentomon tells everyone.
"Can it be Angemon?" TK asks.
"I know it is, he's just resting for a while to regain his strength," Gabumon explains.
"But don't worry, you'll see him again, when he digi-volves," Palmon says.
"I promise to take real good care of him!" TK vows, hugging his egg. "You saved my life, Angemon."
From afar, the group sees all the seperated islands coming together. The evil has been defeated and the island is back together. A pile of rocks start to shake and reveals a dome like device. Light shines out and a hologram of an old man appears. He congratulates the kids on their good work in defeating Devimon. He's name is Gennai, he cannot answer their question to why they are here, but he does need their help. As the digi-destined, they must come to Server and defeat the evil digimon there. He explains he has downloaded the map of Server into Izzy's laptop. The transmission starts to have some static and Jeni's image is wavery, he says 'Etemon' is interferring and the message is gone.
Will the group go to the continent of Server and help Gennai, what will happen next?
The group spend the night thinking about what they will do. Should they go to Server and face unknown Digimon? or Stay on File Island? The group discuss it and they come to a conclusion. If they stayed, there will be no way to get back home. If they go to Server they might find a way to go home. But could it be a trick? The group decides to head to Server. There they will find a way home, hopefully.
The group arrive on at beach, they decide to build a raft. Everyone helps, but the progress is just too slow. "Need some help?" A voice asks. The kids see Leomon, he came and brought some of extra hands. Through their exploration around the island, they saw a vast variety of Digimon and those Digimon they befriended all came to help them build a raft. Meramon, Frigimon, the Yokomons, etc. They all set to work to build the raft, felling the trees, getting rid of the branches and tying the felled trees together. In no time the raft was finished. The Island Digimon send the raft flying into the water.
At sea, they bob up and down and slowly making their way to Server. Joe is already getting sea sick. TK holds his egg close and a crack develops. TK looks closely. The Digi Egg is hatching! The top part of the egg breaks off and reveals Poyomon. Poyomon is a jelly-like Digimon with few words. The group realise that they all stopped, but they're not at Server yet. They see something...something HUGE under their raft. "It's Whamon, a gigantic Digimon that lives out in the ocean," Tentomon explains.
Whamon looks very much like a whale but half machine. Whamon raises his gigantic tail and splashes it down, sending violent waves toward the group. Whamon seems to be missing...or not...Whamon with his jaws open swim quickly toward the group. He swallows the whole group whole! The raft slides down a long hollow metallic tube and end up in a room with a liquid underneath them. Izzy cautions everyone not to touch it, it's stomach acid! Slowly the stomach acid is burning the raft and more is being produced. They see a black gear! It embedded itself inside Whamon's stomach. Tai ordered Agumon to destroy it, "Pepper Breath!" The black gear disinagrates. A rumbling is felt and the stomach shakes. The raft is being pushed higher and through Whamon's breathing hole. The group looks around, they are all floating in the ocean; their raft destroyed and in pieces. Whamon surfaces and thanks the kids for helping him feel better. He offers the kids a ride on his back to Server, after Tai tells him where they are going.
On top of Whamon, the kids feel and see the difference, riding on Whamon is much faster and steadier. Joe isn't sea sick any more. They talk about Jeni's words and directions to them. Whamon over hears and say that Devimon went underground and hid something. The group wants to go, they go into Whamon's mouth, while Whamon swims undergound. Whamon brought them to a cave, they go out. Whamon explains he needs a rest and swims away to look for food. The group look around them, a hollow, rocky cave, but about a few yards in front of them a convenience store is there. They all go to it, the ground shakes and reveals a purple and white furred Digimon with a drilling horn. It says that Devimon told him, no one can cross. Tentomon explains that this Digimon lives underground and drills holes. "Gomamon digi-volve to...IKKAKUMON!" They lock horns, everyone runs into the convenience store. Tentomon decides to help Ikkakumon out, "Tentomon digi-volve to...KABUTERIMON!" Gabumon helps out too, "Gabumon digi-volve to...GARURUMON!" The three Digimon battle it out and manage to loacte a black gear. They destroy it commenting that black gear is the last of them.
TK is looking for Poyomon in the store and finds him. TK reaches out and sees a small treasue chest. He tells the others, "look what Poyomon found." They open the chest and the tags are all there. They conclude that the crests all must be on Server. Whamon returns and takes them back up to the surface. He explains to get to Server, it will take five days minimum. The group heads out to the sunlight, wearing their newly founded tags around their necks. Next stop, SERVER!
