a poem from "soul mates"
written October 31, 1995

There was a king who didn't know he was a king.
Remember Robin Hood traveled about like a
foot soldier. Providence showed him the world
but it was his essence that brought the aristocrat
back to the seasons of his destinations. Wealth
doesn't make a man a king, nor a poor man a pauper.
The key to a man's exhistence are his ideals
whether he achieves them or not is his choice mixed
in with a serious dose of reality.
