our 1st family schnauzer- smitty

poem for my teenage love- mark
who had a dog named bogart

I remember you in the rain
I remember you in the night
I remember when you said you might
And I remember all the pain
I know you're thinking 'bout me now
I know you're wondering why & how
we ever came to this
And I wonder where you are
My fragile silver golden star
But there's no turning back
Especially since we're travelled far
So remember me when the lights are low
Think of me when there's
nowhere else to go
And you need the comfort of a home
