Okay, I have some bad news. You guys might have noticed I haven't updated in a while. Well, this is just to tell you that will continue. I have decided to retire this site, in spite of all the fun I had making it. The factors are many:
1) School started. I know it was schooltime when I started this site, but with Alan's influx of work lately, it's just getting impossible to do the best I can anymore. I can't take my time putting stuff up anymore, and I only want to give the best.
2) My interest in comics has waned as of late. I really got into film, and, much as I love Alan's literary talent, it's just the only one I collect these days. Also, blame my comic store. They moved miles away and now I have to go out of my way every weekend to get my comics.
3) My internet hours have been cut from unlimited to 50. I have to share these hours equally with my brother, and so I only have 25. I need those 25 to do things such as research, download, and check mail.
FINAL NOTE: Thanks to everyone who made this site such a raving success. It was so much better than I'd hoped it would be. I'm gonna miss you guys....but hey, check back in January. I might have spent the winter updating! And, you know what? Chances are, I will....
QUOTE:
"I'd rather my work maintain my only profile. It doesn't really matter to readers whether I exist or not, now does it? It's only the work. I don't want them to admire my haircut. I don't want them to admire my complexion or my trim physique. If they enjoy the story, then that's great. The contact between me and them has been successfully completed, you know?"
