This is the last animal rescued to date. Meet BabyTaz, He is a beautiful Tuxedo Cat. This little one was thrown away before he was even old enough to leave his mother. "Set free" by some uncaring soul. BabyTaz was small enough to fit into the palm of one hand when we found him. So hungry when we found him that all the fears he should have had disapeared and he tried desperately to crawl from the brush and follow the people he saw. He couldnt walk..he was as most young kittens, very clumsy and kept falling but would get up and try to catch up. He was all head. You could feel and see all of the bones this little guy had and it was heartbreaking to watch him try to get to us. He was picked up and brought into the home. Using kitten replacement formula we got him started eating. When he finally hit the six weeks old stage we knew that we had saved this little awkward looking kitten. Suddenly he started to grow and at 5 months of age he was the size of the full grown female stray that lived outside. He developed a beautiful full coat and the personality of a dog..We forgot to tell him he is a cat. I'm sure that he will grow into a very large yet very lovable cat. I wonder if the person who threw him from their car knew what a wonderful little creature they were throwing away? Their loss..He will share his wonderful personality with people who will love and care for him the rest of his life. *S*
