Meadowsweet An aromatic that was once popular as a flavouring for a non-alcoholic drinks. It is a diuretic and excellent for the quick relief of diarrhoea in children. Mezereon A stimulant, effective for the relief of rheumatism. Mistletoe Mistletoehas nervine qualities and is most effective for the treatment of tension, insomnia and depressions.
