Neshama

The last verse in Psalms reads "Col Haneshama Tehallel Ka Hallelukah" ,The Soul Praises G-d

The sages relate the word Neshama in Hebrew is simlar to Neshima, which means breath.

Accordingly, King David in this Psalm relates that with every single breath, we praise G-d.

The Duties of the Heart asks the question, "How often is it appropriate to stop and wonder and thank G-d?" If a person remembers G-d with every single breath it would not be over much.
