Praiseworthiness

In the Hagaddah for Passover, we say "Col hamarbeh b'sipur yetzias mitzrayim, harei zeh meshubach," which means "Whoever says a lot about the going out of Egypt (on Passover), he is praiseworthy." The sentence could have been said, "He will be praiseworthy," in the future tense, but instead it is in the present tense. This is because the praiseworthiness of the person is already there, and it is through connecting him/herself to the exodus from Egypt that the praiseworthiness is revealed.
