He has to be the mostly lovable character in Star Trek. He love for his engines out weighs any other commitment. He has the most lovable personality I know. Scotty was born on Earth in Scotland, somewhere around the 23rd century. He is an only child. He started in Star fleet at an early age. By the time he was 22 he was well on his way to becoming chief engineer. He was promoted to Captain somewhere around the twentieth year of his career in Star Fleet. In his spare time Scott loves to read, especially technical journals, go pub hopping with friends, and he especially loves his whiskey. He doesn’t, however, have a fancy for women, all though he does enjoy going out on a fling every now and then. His love for his ship and his loyalty with his crew mates, has won him a great deal of commendations. He is above all else the best engineer in Star Fleet.

It is with great sorrow to inform you that the actor who played Scotty on Star Trek James Doohan passed away on July 20,2005. You will be forever remembered in our hearts and prayers. Rest in peace with God Jimmy.
