* Exported from MasterCook * Pineapple Bavarian Cream Recipe By :Richard Simmons Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies & Pastry Snacks Sweetie Pie Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin(envelope) 2 tablespoons water -- cold 1/4 cup water -- boiling 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese, 2% fat 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk 1/4 cup apple juice, frozen concentrate -- or honey 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple in water 1 1/2 cups blueberries, frozen -- or fresh DIRECTIONS In small bowl, soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. In blender container, blend gelatin mixture with remaining ingredients except fruit. Stir in pineapple including juice. Mix well. Arrange most of blueberries in base of glass dessert dish, or divide into 6 parfait glasses. Pour pineapple mixture over blueberries.
