 . Roxas dads to give financial aid to 12 displaced families By Joel E. Capundan ROXAS CITY -- Twelve displaced squatters who recently evacuated from Sitio Paon, Barangay Dumolog, this city, will be given financial assistance by the city government here. City Councilor Alan Celino moved to make a resolution during the Sangguniang Panlungsod's regular session last Wednesday that the twelve families be given financial assistance in the amount of P 6,600 each. Said twelve families, who resided as squatters at the lot reportedly owned by a certain Bebot Olano, were evicted thru the court order. It was learned that out of the twelve families, only eleven of them have a court order to vacate the area. According to the proponent Celino, supposed to be, only eleven families can avail of the financial assistance but for humanitarian reason, all of them will be given a financial aid.
