AKELCO Board Resolution commented by Congressman By A.P. Villegas Kalibo, Aklan -The AKELCO board members resume their regular session by passing a resolution for immediate resumption of atty. Leovigildo Mationg as a general manager of AKELCO. The board resolution was opposed by the two board members, August Tolentino and Chito Peralta, according board member Tolentino the way I understand any body running for candidate in election considered as resign in his position. Congressman Allen S. Quimpo commented at the program of August Tolentino RMN-DYKR, the immediate resolution made by the AKELCO board for immediate resumption by Atty. Leovigildo Mationg in his position as a general manager of AKELCO they are already violating the rules and regulation of the NEA as will in AKELCO. Quimpo recall the NEA resolution affirming the NEA resolution that all candidate above Brgy. Capt. Are considered resign when she or he running in any position in the election that is already several times. Quimpo clarified that Atty. Mationg admit in the radio before election that he is already resign and how could be immediate resume the position as general manager of AKELCO.
