Step#1 Select an e-mail or post that you wish to view the code for and select forward or send if it's a post. Address it to yourself.
Step#2 In the body of your forwarded mail ( before forwarding ) type an alternate character ( alt z for example) which yields § immediately hit return (or enter if you are on a wired keyboard).
Step#3 Hit Cmd a
Step#4 Hit Cmd x
Step#5 Place cursor on subject line by hitting arrow up and hit Cmd v
Step#6 Send.
When you receive your message the headers and code should be displayed.
