Welcome to what will be the Mexican Film Soundtrack/Composer Website. There are many websites that deal with film scores, but very few of these have any information on films produced in Latin America, let alone Mexico. This site will feature a listing of films produced in Mexico, divided into decades. Each film listing will provide the film's title, year of release, and composer. I hope that this will eventually shed light on the trends in Mexican film soundtracks, who were/are the more prolific of film composers, and create awareness of contemporary Mexican composers who have devoted their talents to film music. ________________________________________________________________
