Aragorn, Son of Arathorn, Heir to the Throne of Gondor

Strider is this stranger's name, or at least
that's who he presents himself as when he runs
into the hobbits at Bree. Because of Frodo's
little disappearing act while dancing and singing
for the people of Bree, he's caught on to who
Frodo is, and what he bears. He tells them that
the Black Riders will be there shortly, and he
Has them stay in his room. Sure enough, the
Ringwraiths show up, expecting to kill the hobbits,
but are enraged when they find that it is nothing
more than pillows they are thrashing. Strider
then takes them into the wild and guides them to
Rivendell. He knows this best because he is a
ranger, and has lived in the wild. However, they
are caught in Weathertop, and Frodo is stabbed
with a wraith blade. Now their speed needs to
hasten, as a piece of the blade broke off, and is
digging it's way to Frodo's heart. If that
happens, he will turn into a Wraith himself.
Luckily, they meet an elf along the way, that
lends Frodo his horse when they find that they
are being followed closely by relentless Black
Riders. When they reach Rivendell, and Frodo is
able to recover, they hold a secret council: The
Council of Elrond. There, Strider reveals that
he is Aragorn, son of Arathorn, and that Isildur,
his ancestor, cut the ring from Sauron's hand.
He is revealed as heir to the throne of Gondor.
They decide that the only way the ring can be
dealt with is by destroying it. They make a
company of nine, Aragorn pledges to protect
Frodo, as his fate is bound to the ring, and
he wants to see it destroyed. However, when the
fellowship breaks up, and Frodo and Sam have
left, he, Legolas, and Gimli decide to follow
the orcs that took Merry and Pippin. Their
chase is relentless. They follow the traces
of the two hobbits into Fangorn Forest, where
they see the white wizard. Thinking it's
Saruman, they prepare to attack, but the wizard
is on his toes, and overpowers them. Then as
they come face to face with him, they see it's
Gandalf! Back from where they thought he would
never come back from. He tells them Merry and
Pippin are safe, and that they need to go to
Rohan to see Theoden. After they see him, and
see the spell Saruman has cast on the King,
Gandalf releases the spell, and Wormtongue is
chased away. Theoden, now able to make decisions
on his own, decide to move his people into Helm's
Deep, as Saruman will be attacking them soon.
Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli go and fight in this
heated battle. Just as things are looking very
grim, Aragorn, Theoden, and the last of their
good men decide to ride out and kill as many as
they can before they're slain. But as the sun
rises, a new army arrives. Gandalf has returned
with Eomer and his army. The battle is won, but
the war is not over. They then head for Minis
Tirith, for it is under heavy attack. Aragorn
does not want to reveal that he is the king just
yet, not until the end. When all starts to look
hopeless, Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli set out to
the Paths of the Dead. Just as the strike on
Minis Tirith is coming to it's end, Aragorn arrives
in a black ship. The orcs are very happy, thinking
it's boats from Mordor, but Aragorn's flag goes up,
and the real battle begins. After the battle is won,
Aragorn takes his position as king, and marries
Arwen. In the year 120 FO, the great king died,
and Legolas and Gimli sailed away to the Grey Havens.
