PART 3

Now you got the hair looking real life like but now the strands are a little sharper than the rest of the face, so what do we do? Right, break out the blur tool.

Set the blur pressure to around 15-25 and fix up the strands that are too sharp. After that it should look all nice like. :) And this is what you got:

Nice Shiny beautiful hair. But oh my gods! Look at that lazy left eye! Not a problem! Zoom in with a smudge tool and bring down the pupil.

Now just add a few minor fix ups (Add a white airbrushed glint to the eyes, blur the eyelids a tiny bit, fool around with the Hue/Saturation and the brightness/contrast

and you got one butt-kicken piece of art. Here's the First and final pics. Its amazing how much a little smudging can do:
