Editorial Notes:

Very good album. Every tune is strong, and with Chaka Khan's manjificant voice on it, you just can't go wrong. "Tell Me Something Good" was written by Stevie Wonder especifically for the band, after hearing Khan sing. It became a number three hit single in the US. They also do a very good version of the old gospel tune "Swing Down Chariot". The cover and the vinyl have not prinded the same persons for the string and horns arrangement. So one of them is wrong, you can find it under '
personnel'. Other Rufus albums: Rufus '73 Rufusized '74 Rufus Featuring Chaka Khan '75 Ask Rufus '77 Street Player '78 Numbers '79 Masterjam '79 Party 'Til You're Broke '81 Camouflage '81
Things has been going wrong long enough to know everything i right Been walking in the dark long enough to know I finally seen the light Been losing long enough to know when I finally woon And even a blind man can tell when he's walkin' in the sun - Rufus, "Walkin' In The Sun" Go to the Funky Discography or to the Main Page.
