Spectral Analysis...

Capturing the Fraunhofer lines has become a quest! ;)

What can I say besides the most beautiful results I have gotten so far has been of a flourescent light! (blush...) But you know me... I'll keep on trying!

Solar Spectra...

Nope, no rainbows. Just one of my better attempts at capturing the Fraunhofer lines in solar spectra.

Just thought I'd leave it here in case I decide to do away with the other page.

But interesting... for what it's worth, that's Albeiro in the eyepiece.

Galiean comes out...

A nice, "furry" shot on Jupiter, but what is most interesting about this frame is that you can see at 11:00 on of the jovian moons coming out of occultation!

Hey, hey... I gave it my best "shot"...

And this will do for now!

Perhaps in the near future I will have the camera again... (Bank on it!) Or maybe I'll pick out a few good Moon pics while the weather is rainy and I've nothing better to do! Either way, I've had a wonderful time experimenting with it...

(and i've got to laugh as i've re-done "Camera Shy"... for not only did i get the camera again, but i got one of my own! i've done my best at adjusting the pictures to be more compatable with the PC... and not all of them are good! so please, don't YOU be shy... if you see pictures in here that could be done better? don't hesitate to contact me and i'll be out there... on the "lunatic fringe"! ;)
