It comes to me
suddenly.
My throat seems
so full
and the tears
threaten
as the emotions
wash over me.
I love you
And sometimes
it fills me
with so much that
I feel and
so much that I
want to say,
that I can hardly
speak.

An emotion I never
fully
understood or
appreciated
until the day
you walked
into my life.

So many facets,
so many
ways. So thoroughly
a part
of who I am and
what
I will be.

And as the tears
stream
down my cheeks,
they're not
of sorrow but
of indescribable joy
that destiny unites
us as she does.

You who bring
to me
your warmth. You
who offer
me your friendship.
You who
always share your
strength
when I am in need
of support.

Who I am, I am
because
of loving you.
What I give,
I give because
of loving you.
You bring my life
full circle
and I begin to
find myself
again.

that I know, yet
they have

effect

on my soul.
