MERLIN AND LANCELOT'S STAR SYSTEM

The sun is Eta Cassopeia A, some 16 light years from Earth, a G0 V sun. The colonists redubbed it Arthur. Eta Cassopeia B, was redubbed Ban, but it's a red dwarf, with light only one twenty-fifth as bright as Arthur's even if you were the same distance away, and it never gets closer than six billion miles.
