Location: The Fel arcology on the city Vagnar on the continent of Laufey, near the Ran ocean, on Loki.

    The morning was spent in tests, the afternoon in more interviews with xenobiologists and sociologists. Of course, they are as curious as us as we are about them. They just can't believe the answers. So, more pictures...

    This is a quick sketch of the Fel arcology in the city of Vagnar, seen from a distance. Those three serpent-looking things rising (there's a fourth on the other side) are representations of thordeths rising from the water, giant eel-like beings that inhabit Loki's oceans...but much bigger than real thordeths. That building is about a mile high, and nearly that wide across, really a self-contained city in and of itself, an arcology. Other arcologies can be seen in the distance. A collection of those arcologies make up the "city" of Vagnar.

    Hanging above it are the moons Sigyn (the larger) and Angerboda (the smaller). Sigyn is about half the size that Luna was in the skies of Earth. Angerboda, one-fourth.

    This is a quick sketch of a highway. The vehicles are automated ground-effect vehicles, and really shouldn't need any lights, but the passengers are ever suspicious of booby traps along the way, and insist on the lights. Crosswalks go above the streets, since no Lokiite would swerve to avoid a pedestrian unless you could demonstrate they would get something out of it.

    Note the leering statues over the crosswalk and the street, rather reminescent of medieval gargoyles. Lokiites are big on ornamentation, of a rather spooky and shocking sort. Oftentimes criminals are left out to die, hanging from such statues.
