Can I reply to an individual message?
No, as it won't reach the whole list - just that one person. You must type in the address every time or use the "Reply to All" feature.

What should/shouldn't be included in a list e-mail?
There are no limitations on subject, language ect, but try to keep on topic, as it is an OLP list. Please use the subject of "TN - <your topic>" so that people know that it comes from the list before they open it, and if the message does not relate to OLP for whatever reason, use "NON TN - <topic>" in the subject line.
