"Painted Churches" Tour The "Painted Churches" of southern Fayette County feature ornate altars, intricately painted and stenciled ceilings and arches and stained glass windows. The tour includes St. Mary's (at High Hill), St. John the Baptist (at Ammannsville), Sts. Cyril & Methodius (at Dubina) and Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (at Praha).
