Introduction :

I am Prof. U.S.Hegde, a retired professor of Physics at Karnatak Science College, Dharwad, India. I have been practising astrology for last 40 years. I started it as a hobby and now find great satisfaction in serving the people through this divine knowledge. The astrological tradition flows in my family which has a great Vedic and Sanskrit background.

Here are some of my thoughts and views on my approach to astrology. This section has been specially introduced to reach my web based client community in a more effective way.

Astrology Compared To Cardiograph :

Using the astrological principles, the tomorrow of an individual can be projected on a computer screen. There is no machine or a tool to understand the tomorrow fully. However, the need of the hour is to know the tomorrow. This has been achieved using the ancient Indian system of Parashara and Prashnatantra of Neelakanteya.

An elaborate lecture on this subject was given by me on 31 January 1978 at the Lions Club, Dharwad, India. And later, on 25 April 1982, at the Consultant Physicians Association, this was extended to cover the detailed medical aspects of diagnostics, planning for operations and post-operative observation. For an individual, the pulsating astrological graph will look like a cardiograph. If the biological system is efficient, the graph will indicate an improvement and recovery for tomorrow. Otherwise, it will show a downward trend indicating a medical crisis for which the doctors can plan for suitable remedial measures. This approach was very much appreciated by the leading doctors.

Next to life is the money. The same principles, using different parameters, can be applied to investments by an individual in money or stock markets. We can get a pulsating graph within the limits of maxima and minima of an individual indicating the financial prosperity versus investments.

I have taught my son, Mr. Shailesh Hegde, a computer engineer with graduate degrees from the University of Virginia (Computer Science) and California Institute of Technology (Neural Computing), all the details of the astrological calculations and applications. He has programmed and generated a graph of an individual which is attached. The same principle, again explained with the graph, was presented on 26 September 1996 at the Indian Medical Association, Bhadravati, India.

Note : A gadget, similar to a wrist watch that indicates blood pressure and other body parameters, can be developed to project an individual's tomorrow using the astrological principles. I am looking for a suitable collaborator to take up this project on a large-scale basis.
