For WebTV Pagebuilders:
To use the Scrapbook Uploader: Choose the background of your choice by clicking on the small thumbnail.
Click on your options-key, click on goto, arrow down to Show Last.
Hold down your CMD-key and tap on the letter A-key and the letter C-key.
Hit your back button twice. Click on the Scrapbook Uploader.
