These little baby deer, called "Fawns" were born in our back yard, last year. We got to see them grow up. Once I almost got to touch the mother as she stood on one side of the sidewalk and me on the other. She stretched her neck out toward me, and kept looking at me. She almost touched her nose to my hand when a car came down the street and scared her off. We loved these little deer and had many chances to see them and watch them bounce around and play.
