Finishing Moves

Sektor is actually the code name for unit LK-9T9. He was the first of three Prototype Cybernetic Ninjas built by the Lin Kuei. Sektor was once a human assassin trained by the Lin Kuei. He volunteered for automation because of his loyalty to the clan. Sektor survives the Outworld invasion- he has no soul to take.

Fighting as Sektor

Sektor is an average fighter. Beginners of experts can easily use and master him. To win with Sektor you must always be ready to execute his Teleport Uppercut. If your opponent throws a projectile, use this opportunity to counter with the Teleport Uppercut.

If you use Sektor's Seeking Missile and his Missile, your opponent will be completely confused. Then follow it up with a Teleport Uppercut and a jump kick to help ensure that both missile will hit.

Fighting Against Sektor

Always be prepared to counter Sektor's missals. If you anticipate it you can easily counter with a jump kick and a combo to cause some major damage.

If you see him beginning his Teleport Uppercut, quickly block and counter with an uppercut and two standing high punches.

Sektor is also vulnerable to projectiles. Be sure to use them wisely because he could counter with a Teleport Uppercut.

Sektor's Weaknesses

Sektor has many weaknesses because he relies mostly on projectiles. If your opponent anticipates the missiles, he/she can easily jump kick you in the head. Also, if your opponent blocks your Teleport Uppercut, he/she can cause a lot of damage to this mechanical fighter.

Ending

After eventually terminating Sub-Zero, Sektor is attacked by Shao Kahn's army. Unfamiliar with the Outworld warriors, Sektor fights back. He targets Kahn and all Outworld beings as threats to the Lin Kuei. Kahn's minions are no match for Sektor, who fights his way into the fortress. Once inside, Sektor initiates his self-destruct sequence. The resulting explosion is so massive that it closes the portal and Returns Earth back to normal.
